Here It Is!!Lets get started Foundation, Contouring, Highlighting, and Eyebrows are the same. I primed my eyelid with my favorite Two Faced Shadow Insurance. I took Brule by Mac from my lash line to my brow bone just to give it a flush of color.Then here is the fun part. Take a blue liquid liner I am use Maybelline Master Duo in shade 520 Navy Gleam. I held the corner of my eye taught and literally just drew a straight line from one corner to the other. Because of the duo side I was able to twist my brush and draw thin to thick then thin again. Now naturally the liner I chose is dark blue I took my Urban Decay Vice Palette and the color chaos which is a beautiful bright true blue. I took my angle my brush and just tapped a few layers onto my liner and I was able to achieve this beautiful color. The best thing about doing this trick is that it lasted all day. It did not smudge at all and it was great. I have been wearing this look a lot:)
