Real talk

I just want to talk to you guys about something that has been on my heart .
I know a lot of people struggle with insecurities and have a lot of confidence issues and this is very important to me and I want to say that this is real talk and if you can't handle real talk then don't bother reading the rest of this post.

I want to talk about makeup obviously but specifically talking about insecurities and a lot of struggles that people face and it's mostly girls. Girls are very vulnerable because they are very emotional and I don't want make up to be your goto for a confidence boost because that's so  materialistic. I'm okay with changing hair color changing your eye color putting on makeup and all these other things that people have to offer us to enhance our beauty. But if you're doing this to mask who you are throw it all away. No 1 on this planet has the right to judge you not 1 person can tell you that you are not beautiful just the way you are so don't run to make up to cover up something so pure so beautiful. It is like a canvas a pure white canvas beauty is in the canvas only a true artist can see the beauty inside of it and it is his job to release that beauty. Paint is not hide the canvas its to bring out the artwork that is with inside of it just like how makeup isn't supposed to cover who we are but just to enhance are natural beauty. I want to make this very clear because many many people struggle with so many insecurities and they run to different materials to make them feel beautiful to make them beautiful but I have to say that you are beautiful makeup does not make you beautiful makeup does not make you who you are so if you were masking who you are throw it all away throw everything away. If you're dying your hair you're changing your eye color you're putting on makeup to mask who you are to change who you are I will call you out on it I will call you fake because that is the exact definition of what fake really means taking all the materials this world has to offer and covering yourself covering your true identity and sorry to say this that is fake. I use to wear makeup every single day because I wanted to cover up how i really felt inside I didn't like the person that was underneath all the makeup and I didn't want to see that person so I applied make up I dyed my hair I did all these things to change who I appeared to be to other people and I realized that is not right so I threw away every single piece of makeup that I own anything that was able to change how I naturally looked I just tossed it.  I went a couple years without makeup and I left my hair natural and it made me get use to the fact that this is who I am and I can't change it. I realized if I don't like myself then who will you know I needed to go through a phase where I just had to love myself because if you didn't like yourself you didn't like your personality you're not comfortable with you yourself how is anybody else going to like you. So after the self loving phase I felt comfortable with make up because I knew that I was not applying makeup to cover up who I am I'm not applying make up to
appear different to other people. I decided to be a makeup artist not because I enjoy painting people's faces but i want to make people look beautiful to help people realize you are beautiful naturally make up is just there to enhance it to intensify it and that's what I wanna do.

1 last thing before I end this post I just want to tell you guys that you are all beautiful no matter what because in God's eyes you were made perfect perfectly for him and only him and just remember I will call you out I'll call you fake if you're using all these materials just a cover up who you are to say this again throw it all away unless you enjoy being fake so go right ahead.

I hope everyone is having a beautiful day. And I love each and everyone of you.

How To Look Like A Hot Mess

Oh Yeahhh Look At That Hot Mess.

You want to put a lot of cakey concealer on your face do not blend you want people to notice the cake effect. Next take your foundation which has to be 4 shades darker then your skin or lighter then your skin. I went darker because I like to look orange. Then we do not have to contour anything because we are perfect with out deep skin tone. But we do need to highlight and we just pack it on make it really highlighted. For blush just smack on the brightest color you have. You want to make your eyebrows as thick as possible. Especially if you have a big forehead you want to take the attentions away from that just by making your eyebrows way thicker then normal. For the eyes I just took the darkest and lightest blues I had a smacked it on without blending it and because the concealer was not enough
for covering my under eye bags I just smacked the two blue

shadows underneath my eyes. That will really deepen your look. I took my gel liner and just splattered it all over my face you can wing it if you want I did only for one eye. Then my mascara I just applied it side ways so it would really clump up because it makes it look fuller. Now for my favorite part the lips I took a liner that was a rose color and drew my lips. It is okay if does not match your lip line and it is okay if it is not a straight line. Then you want to take the palest lip color you have and apply it all over. The your done! congratz you look like a Hot Mess!

Enjoy!

Things You Need To Know About Maybelline.

Okay so last year before Christmas I told you guys that I was going to start reviewing the entire line. There are some interesting facts that you may not know about Maybelline. There are also health facts if you are questioning their brand I am here to settle those questions.
Maybelline was created by T.I. William in 1915. He was inspired by his sister Maybel when he saw her using Vaseline and coal to make her lashes look thicker. He named the company Maybelline a combination of his sisters name and Vaseline. It is now a huge worldwide company with many looks to on and off the runway. Their headquarters lies in New York but lets see how they got started. We know T.I Williams started it but how did it move further. In 1917 Maybelline release the first mascara and from there on made a huge hit. They were sold to Plough in 1967 and sold to many different company from there on. Maybelline got a boost when they hired wonder women Lynda Carter to be there beauty fashion coordinator. In 1991 they obtained they beauty slogan "Maybe she is born with it, Maybe it is Maybelline" and then in 1996 Maybelline was sold to L'oreal where David Greenberg is the current president of Maybelline.
Just a little history for you now for the health facts. Everyone has been raving whether Maybelline test on animals or not. I am here to settle that with facts and it sadden my heart but Yes Maybelline does test on animals. If you want to challenge my knowledge go ahead but it clearly states on PETA website that they do. I also read a section where they explain how companies get on the list. By the way it is the law that each cosmetic company needs to be examine every year to see what ingredient they use and other things. Back to the PETA list they send out a questionnaire to every company and that determines if they are on the list. You may not see some companies because they refuse to answer some of the questions. For all you gluten free people guess what? Maybelline does sell many gluten free products. I am not sure if all are gluten free but I know most of them are :) You may have to do a little research on there website they do list all the ingredients they use to make there products. But since I do not know much about gluten free stuff you would have to decipher that yourself. Also Maybelline sell hypoallergenic products their entire brand is not hypoallergenic but some of there products are. Again you may have to decipher that yourself.

I hope this help you guys out. I know I learned a lot just researching this for you guys.
Remember you are all beautiful

:)

Almay Smart Shade

Hey everyone I want to talk to you about this product. Almay recently came out with a primer and it is call Smart Shade Correct and Perfect Primer. I really like it and I am going to tell you why and also some other facts about this product. When I apply it on my face the texture of the product is so smooth and light weight it feels like your wearing nothing. The effects of the product makes you look like you have airbrushed skin. Another good thing about this product is that it is drugstore so it is cheaper then high end but you still get the good quality. This instantly smooths and color corrects your skin. There are two working colors in this. The lavender is to even out and brighten any skin tone. The green reduces any redness. This works perfectly by itself or if you still want to wear makeup apply this before your foundation to have a perfectly prepped canvas. Almay's hole line is hypoallergenic which mean there product will not cause any allergic reactions and this product is also hypoallergenic. This has been dermatologist tested and it is great for any skin type because it is oil free. The price of this product may very depending on where you may purchase it but I got mine at wal-mart for 10.99.

You are all beautiful. Just remember that god made you perfect :)
