Say Goodbye With A Smokey Eye

Go out with a BANG! Leave 2012 in the dust. Say goodbye with a smokey eye. You can get away with glitter and anything else because when it hits midnight it will all be in the past :)

You can totally pull this look off tonight because anything is accepted it is New Years!

Lets get started. I moisturized with Simple and primed with Almay Correct and Perfect Primer. I did my Foundation, highlighting, contouring, and brows the same. If I listed that routine every time this post would be like a novel. I primed my eyelid with Two Faced Shadow Insurance. Then I took Stila Shadow Pots in Mist/01 which is a silver shade with a hint of lavender and I applied it with my finger all over the lid making sure that it does not pass my crease. I will be using most of my shadows from The Vice Palette but all these are Dupable. The next shadow I took was Armor which is a medium grey color with light silver sparkles in it and I applied it all over the lid where I placed the Stila shadow and I made sure not to pass the crease. I took Desperation which is a taupe grey and I put this on the inner corner of the eye instead of black because I did not want it so harsh. Then I took Occupy which is grey with teal sparkles and I applied that in the crease and blend up to the brow bone. Then on the outer corner I took Carbon by Mac and blended out to the brow bone. I do wish that I placed more color there because I really wanted the intensity to be great. I suggest taking the black and going over it a few times to increase the intensity. My mascara of choice is Bare Minerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara. I used a Cream Colour Base in Shell by MAC as a highlight for the inner corner and underneath the brow. Now because I want my eyes to be the center of attention I am going to tone down my cheeks and lips and I am using very neutral colors. For my cheeks I am using Dream Bouncy Blush in 05 Fresh Pink and Fit Me Medium Coral by Maybelline. For the lips I used Myth by MAC and I know it is a very nude color so I went over it with MAC Dazzleglass in Baby Sparks. This will completes your New Years look.
Even if you failed in 2012 you will get a second chance in 2013 all you have to do is stand right back up. I know personally 2012 was not my best year but my modo for 2013 is "Keep moving forward." There is reason why your rear-view mirror is small. Forget all your bandages and forget everyone who has called you down. I can relate to all of you who have haters but just realize that they are just making it easier to enjoy your future. I believe in all of you and each and everyone of you are beautiful in your own way. God made you perfect and he sees you perfectly with his eyes. Why should I think any different of you. I pray for favor in 2013 and I pray for blessing and protection over everyone. It is time. Keep moving forward.

Happy New Year

First Video

Im editing my first video!
It will be posted tomorrow dont miss it!

I Love The Way Australian People Say Glitter

This is the most glittery mess I have ever seen. Before I go into this tutorial I want to talk about the Urban Decay Vice Palette. When I first saw it was on a Beauty Guru's YouTube Channel and I thought it was amazing. Which turned out to be true but I did not know any of the consistencies of the colors. Some are frosted, some are matte, and some are just straight up glitter. This is just a warning for you all that do not like glitter. There are many glittery shadows in here.
Moving on, this makeup look consist of four colors. Three from the palette and one from MAC. I did my foundation, highlighting, and contouring all
all the same. I also did my setting powder and eyebrows the same. I started to prime my eyes with Two Faced Shadow Insurance and then I took Brule by Mac and use it as a base flush of color starting from the lid all the way up to the brow bone. Next, Using the Urban Decay Vice Palette I used Laced which it a faded matte pink and I put that all over the lid not passing the crease. Then I took this straight up glitter shadow from the palette called Provocateur and this color is like a silvery pink its a lighter pink then Laced. I want to say Laced is a dulled pink and Provocateur is a bright baby pink. I Put Provocateur on the outer edges of my eye blending it past the crease just a little. Then I took Nevermind which is a grey brown color and it is also a frost shadow. I put that on the outer crease and blended it to the inner corner of the eye. After that I put on mascara from Bare Minerals and I also Highlighted underneath the brow and the inner corner of my eye with Shell by MAC.
Then you are all glittered up and ready to go :). Beauty Tip: if you do not want glitter all underneath your eye put some loose powder there when your done applying shadow just sweep the loose powder off your face and you will have no glitter there.

I hope you enjoyed this fun look :)

I love you all and you are all beautiful :)

Have a wonderful day

I Can't Believe It's Make-Up

This look is so naked, so bare people will not notice that you are wearing makeup

This look is so simple it will blow your mind. I only used two colors and they are from the Urban Decay Vice Palette. Anonymous was placed all over the lid and up to the brown bone for a wash of color. Anonymous is a nude color very similar to Brule by MAC. Then I applied Echo Beach all over the lid. This color is like is like a taupe with frosts of gold in it. These colors can be duped so it is not necessary to buy the Vice Palette to create this very simple look. And of course I applied mascara which was the Bare Minerals Volumizing Mascara.
That is it I told you it was very simple and soft. it is very pretty for any where.

I hope you guys enjoy

Foundation Routine

This is an updated foundation routine

I like this foundation routine better becaue it is way more flawless then before and I am using diffrent makeup brushes. I start with my moisturizer by Simple and then my Almay Smart Shade Primer. I am using Bh cosmetics 10pc brush set specifically the powder brush. I am using Bare Minerals Medium Beige N20 all over my face and focusing this shade on the outer edges of my face. Next I am using Rimmel London Stay Matte Compact Powder Foundation in Shade 03 Pale Biscuit for the highlights of my face. Then I contour (Check out my updated highlighting and contouring post) and I use my handy dandy trusty Setting Powder by Bare Minerals in Translucent. It was not much of a change but a huge difference in how my face looks :)

I hope you enjoy
You are all beautiful

Highlighting and Contouring

I promised you guys and updated Highlighting and Contouring Tutorial so here it is.
Lets start with the basics, meaning where you should highlight and where you should contour. By the way contour means exaggerating your face structure. Moving on, to find the place you want to contour is easy it is basically all of the hollows of your face and more. The main places for you to contour is your cheeks, temples, nose, and You can either do your forehead and jaw or not. I like to do my forehead because it is to big for my liking. Surprisingly a lot of people do not know where the hollow of their cheeks are all you have to do is suck in your cheeks and that is it. Now your temple is located right above your cheek bones. Do not be afraid to touch your face. Hollow areas are very easy to detect when you touch your face because they are sunken parts of your face and as long as you are a 3D person then you will have many dimensions to your face. For contouring your nose you want to contour the sides of your nose and then that will leave the center for highlighting. When you do this it makes your nose seem slimmer and it straightens your nose by appearance. Now for the forehead just take your brush and align it to the hairline. From one ear all around to the other ear. Then for your jaw line I suggest only contouring your jaw if you seriously do not have a jaw meaning your face is more round shape. Feel the shape of your jaw I like to start from the back where my ear is and follow my jaw all the way to my other ear and I use my brush and do the exact same thing. But I rarely contour my jaw because it very visible so I do not have to exaggerate it even more. I will say sometimes if you do contour your jaw do it underneath the jaw because then you will not have several harsh lines. That brings me to my next point when you do contour your face make sure to blend out the color you want it to look as natural as possible. Also when blending if you are contouring any where near the hair line blend the color into the hairline. What I use to contour my face is a V angle Brush from Bare Minerals and my bronzer is i.d. Bare Minerals in Faux Tan.
Now for highlighting it is much easier then contouring. I like to go where natural sunlight is and take my mirror and find my glowing areas. Most likely the center of your face will be more highlighted then the outer edges of your face. So my natural highlights on my faces are the center of my forehead, the bridge of nose, my cupids bow, my chin. and the half circle of my cheeks. I put this Chanel Poudre Caresse which is a Matte highlight. Down the bridge of my nose which starts from the top right between the eyes and down to the tip. I also put this on my half circles on my cheeks. What I mean by half circles is put your finger on center of your cheek bone is basically where your pupil is. Then draw a half circle that connects to your the end of your eyebrow that is where my highlight is. Then I use Shell by Mac on other places like my chin, center of the eyelid (sometimes). inner corner of the eye, underneath the brow, cupids bow, center of the forehead (sometimes).
REVIEW
I am going to review this product I guess because I wanted kill two birds with one stone. Anyways this is Poudre Caresse Powderlights by Chanel. I use it as a highlight on my face it is a beauty Matte highlighter and if your looking for one I recommend this. It is translucent but does indeed reflect light. When I first put it on I was amazed that it did and it is not sparkle which I am happy about. No Offense to Shell by Mac but sometimes I want a matte look. I use this on my cheeks and nose and it just perfect. You can also use this as a setting powder if your skin is that fair.

Enjoy!

I hope everyone has a beautiful day!
